    Please be honest

OK guys, be brutally honest and let me know where we can improve upon our business card site. It has been pretty sucsessful so far, but we always have room for improvement.
    Thanks,

I think it looks great. Very professional not like some teenager built in his basement for 20 bucks and case of beer

The colors are easy on the eyes, and the layout is easy enough to follow. Good job.

I like the site and it looks like it would be fun to create a card on line.

I would look at your FAQ page and the way it lays out. The idea of linking to information on the same page would be a good idea if you had more information. As it is some of the information is in the same frame as the linked question, so it becomes almost confusing. The fewer clicks I have to make to find what I am looking for, the better. You have 3 categories of FAQ and I have to go back and forth in my browser. Put links to the other FAQs in each category, so I don't have to use my back button.

There is no mistaking what you do on your website. It is simple and concise. Infact I'm due for some business cards. I guess I will have check out your check-out and shopping process as well.

    Check my site please

I would like you to say whether you would or would not buy anything, if yes or no why? Respond about the overall layout, how do you like or what could be changed. Overall feelling about the site.

    Kim,

What a great professional looking Web site! Navigation is very easy to figure out and to use. You have a decent choice of colors in the site design, plus you offer a nice selection of templates and options for business cards. The only negative comment, and one I make a lot in here, is to go back over your text with a fine tooth comb. Especially where you offer printing services, your grammar, spelling, and punctuation throughout the Web site should be absolutely perfect.

Examples: "WHY CHOOSE US?" - Near the bottom I spotted "Great" in the middle of a sentence. On the main page, separate "have and please" with a period instead of comma. Maybe even hyperlink the word e-mail to something, a submit form or e-mail address so people see right away you really do mean they can contact you.

On the shipping page "We ship Mon - Fri, Excluding all major holidays." Excluding doesn't need a cap. FAQ's should be FAQ (the acronym FAQ stands for 'frequently asked questions', so it is already pluralized). If you really want to indicate you have multiple FAQ pages, use FAQs (no apostrophe). In that section I agree with roban's comments, in that you don't really have enough content to warrant extra pages there. I would put it all on a single main FAQ page and divide it by subtitles rather than individual pages. Also, rather than use two font styles and text colors to separate each Q&A on the FAQ, try a plainer, easier to read look (e.g. make all questions in bold to separate the questions from the answers but not change the font style or color otherwise).

So really, I would say just load all your pages with text and tweak it for perfection. I think for any company offering any type of printing or design services, perfect punctuation and grammar is a 'must-have'.

    Good luck!
