Yahoo/Overture Paid Search?
Hello everyone!
I am at present building or still constructing the pages of a certain affiliate site. Then I received an invitation to sign up at Overture Paid Search so as to deliver more customers into my site. Should I sign up eventhough the site I am working on is still under construction?
Say I have signed up already to this tool would it be possible for me to send ads directly to a merchant site?
Thanks guys and more power!

Unless I misunderstand your question, it makes no difference whether you sign up now or when you're ready to go online. You will only be charged for "clicks" on the keywords/phrases for which you bid and you can "turn off" any and all listings until you're ready for the traffic.
Send ads directly? I'm not following you. What do you mean "send ads"?

Well, I think I should get things all done first before joining -- one sure thing at a time right?

Yes. And setting up a PPC campaign is pretty easy ... if you know what keywords you will use.
OTOH, finding good, effective, and most of all, cheap keywords can take some time.

Maybe epitome means to send traffic from overture to the affiliate link tracked to his/her account?

Sallyport is right The Old Sarge. I would like to directly send traffic direct from Overture to the sites with which I am affiliated with. I found out however that there are sites which do not allow this procedure. Can you give me any reasons why?
Then I will have to finish my site first, have that adword, sign up for Overture and then identify keywords that would be related or could link to my site, finally set up a PPC campaign. How's that Old Sarge?
By the way guys does Overture work for lens? I mean instead of site may use Overture to invite more customers to my Squidoo lens since my web site is still under construction?
