I am looking for an accounting software or system that will intergrate into my website: www.sealenterprises.com. I am currently using MS Money 2006 Small Business and I need a system that is automated. I ship third-party billing with FedEx and PayPal is my credit card processor. All orders are drop shipped from a warehouse that is not associated with me. Order data is sent via FTP; orders are pulled off the ftp server at 2:30am and 11:30am CDT M-F. Then at 5:30pm cdt my system pulls the completed orders off their ftp server; processes the payments and sends out a shipped email.

Is there a hosted or desktop system out there that can automated my accounting? Please advise. Thank you.
