May i know where...?
I have been posting in here for some time now and was just focused with asking questions regarding affiliate marketing. So far, the replies I am getting in here are very useful, thanks a lot guys!!!
Lately, the site I am working for have had so many promotions and sales. As the webmaster for such site it is my duty to promote the site in all ways that I can and that includes telling everybody the latest in their marketplace. For this matter however, everytime I advertise I usually receive not orders but a "You are banned!" message from the forum administrator. In this forum where is the correct place for me to post some promotions about my site, like sales, auctions, etc?
Thanks.

There is no appropriate place to post such things anywhere on this forum. Please consult the Acceptable Use Policy, which is linked at bottom of every page. Thank you

According to the Acceptable Use Policy "It is not allowed to post advertisements in this forum...but they do allow posting of copyrighted materials as long as it is from one's own personal site..." What if I will post a copyrighted logo or ad banner here of my site will that be OK?
Thank you.

No, that is advertising. We don't permit ads of any nature at all. We allow users to have a link to their e-commerce site in their signatures, since that is the nature of the forum, but no advertising copy may accompany .

On JPnyc. I will just use signature linking instead. Thank you for all the reminders.

Sorry, just links to sites, no emails and no other contact info. Are these 3rd party sites or your own sites? Thanks.

Sos Sos Sos
Im not a third party, I am with the Marketing Department of the site I am promoting. Our manager wants me to reach out to more customers by posting in some forums some promotions and other ideas from our site. For this I am asking if it is allowed here to do some promotions or site advertisements.
Thqnk you.

I understand, but unfortunately the answer is no, it's not permitted on any Jupitermedia forums. We allow links on this forum only to a member's own e-commerce/business site or sites.

It's Ok JPnyc, I understand. Allowing me to use siganture linking here is already more than what I could ask for in this forum.
Thank you very much.
