Design error causing error??

After a server move my telecoms site is coming up with errors - in Firefox the browser will just freeze up, but in Internet Explorer I sometimes get the following strange error:

Cannot load dialogue
Error 623: The system could not find the phone book entry for this connection

I did a search on the error message and it claims to be an issue with my PC, but I've followed the instructions as directed, and not only do I still get the error, but so do other people.

Can anyone please take a look and suggest what may be causing it? The server move was stressful enough but now to see this come up is causing further headaches.

No errors here in Colorado in Firefox or Internet Explorer

This is not a compiler error. This error was output from your Web sites software. You need to discuss this error with your developer.
