The original link to the PageRankChecker seems to be broken. For the past few months it's been rating everything I put in at -1.
What's up with that?

http://www.googlepageranking.info was the one I used. Actually I got the "-1 " too which was the rank for my site, so I suppose the "-" sign only indicated the number after it. But now I rechecked it, and found that you were right: every site, including Google.com and yahoo.com, is shown as "-1/10". And the backlink counts were not correct. Thanks for pointing it out, The Old Sarge.

You're welcome.
Anybody know what's up with GooglePageRanking.info ?

-1? It's not correct.
What does Alexa ranking show? For high rank sites such as yahoo or google, there is nothing, and for those that are not in top 100,000 show some kind of big number?
But it is a good tool if works properly .
