    Logo software

    Does anybody know what is the best software to use for making logo`s of various size`s

    Adobe or Macromedia Apps are industry standards. I myself use Macromedia Fireworks.

    Adobe Illustrator is a great tool for professional graphics that can be used for a logo

    Graphics Packages for Logos

    Adobe sells a suite of products called In-Design that includes Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. It's not cheap but virtually all graphic designers have it. So you may not need to buy it. Your designer will deliver the logo in formats that you can use, and in different sizes.

    You can also try the excellent open-source Inkscape and GIMP packages, they are workalikes of Photoshop and Illustrator:
