Well the site design is rather spare and plain, but the 1st thing that strikes me is the image quality is very poor. I think just cleaning up the logo and the other image would really help. Poor graphics really degrades a site's appearance

Your images are pixellated. You shouldn't compress them. There is software that could compress them without messing up the picture. Irfanview is a freeware image editing software you could download. You should make thumbnails for the products instead of just keeping them small distorted. For the colors, the scheme of dull gray-blue and white could be helped out with a more lively color. But as for the site itself everything is working and the product list seems quite complete so far.

I agree with JPnyc and Quan about the graphics.
You could definitely benefit from cleaner images and a sharper logo.

It would be good to show more than two products on the home page; maybe four or five. I see that clicking on the image brings you to the product/ordering page. You may also want to add a button that says "Product Info" or "More Info" -- basically some other option besides "Buy It Now."

Just by chance, the first product category I clicked on was "Inkjet and Toner Cartridges" and it had no products offered. You may want to either remove that link, if you have no products to sell, or maybe have that page say, "Sold out. Please check back soon" -- something other than a blank page.

Also, I think it's great that you offer the FAQs from the Help link, but you may want to make Help part of the nav. bar vs. placing it as a separate link at the top of the page. I missed it the first time I looked at the site. (Personally, I'd make a link back to the Home page part of the main nav. bar as well.)
