Navigation is fine, the appearance is fine. It's a good looking site. I might make the headers (now bolded and underlined) above the text content a different color, like a blue, perhaps. Not a big deal just something to give it a bit more color and life

Unfortunately I don't know a blessed thing about real estate so I can't comment on how useful it may or may not be.
