    There isn't perfect SEO . Do you know why ?
    Because the algorithm of search engines isn't static and it change every month or once in 2-3 months .

    Search engine like Google is always changing its polices regarding website ranking in to SERPs. The need is to keep a sharp eye on the changing search engine Algorithms.
    In 2013 what matters alot is quality content and effective social media marketing techniques.
    Along with the on site and off site SEO.

    I agree with you these rules are important now, but nothing will last a "lifetime" when it comes to the Internet. Most likely, not these rules either.
