Looking for shopping cart that defines needed fields in URL

I'm looking for other carts that work similar to Mals-E and can set the product ID, Price, shipping in the actual "Add to Cart" URL. I want to avoid a cart product database and use my html templates to define the demands for the cart. Doesn't need to be a free cart like mals-e too.

Please post URL's or advise of a hosting company with a solution like this.

    Thanks!

I think PayPal offers something like that with their Shopping Cart solution.

Besides that, if you are using a regular Merchant Account and have a Payment Gateway, all you really need is a Javascript Based shopping cart. They are great for what you're looking to do and normally they don't cost a thing.

There are two parts of the shopping cart system, one that takes care of the buy part where you write the html to make all the pages and include the buy buttons on those pages, every time a user clicks on the buy button it transfers to the providers site prompting for the checkout process.
Writing HTML is a time consuming process. It is not easy to keep your site upto date and change it very often. I have hosted my site http://mohansintl.comon http://b2bparadise.com, our site uses only a fraction of the features they offer, it is a complete e-commerce solution that has a catalog management section (most ecommerce offerings miss this part). Using it is very simple no html, ftp, webdesigning. Just enter my categories, items, prices and upload images throught their easy to use web interface. Everything else is taken care of (Shipping Charge calculation, Sales Tax Calculation, Web Designing, Image Resizing, Reports on Orders received, coupons etc.) The list of features they offer doesn't seem to end.
The service is offered at $24.99 per month and includes the hosting fee. I think it is worth every penny I pay for it.
