    Question Low conversion rate

Please look at my site and see if you can figure why I have a low (zero) conversion rate. The product is excellent, but maybe the ad copy is not as good as I think. I keep tweeking it. I get visitors, but no bites.

I think a more professional looking site would get more bites. That has a thrown-together look that screams "used car salesman" at me. I think it probably adversely affects the trust that a user might feel in taking the plunge. Can anyone else help me pinpoint elements that give it the aforementioned look? Personally I would start over rather than tweak it.

    no offence

No offence intended, but your site reminds me of one of those ads you see late night on TV and you think okay what's the gimmick. As the other response suggests I would work on the over all look. If your site isn't appealing the copy won't matter and most people will leave just as quick as they appear. Figure out what kind of people will visit your site and try to appeal to something that would interest them such as maybe a picture of the kind of house you might expect etc. etc. A little research goes a long way, you need to figure out your clientele first and then go from there.

    Good Luck.

No offence taken. I appreciate the honesty. I could make it a regular looking site with pics of actual homes that are going on auction. I will work on this. Thank you both for taking the time to be help.
