My Suggestion will be manual article submission. I am totally agree with @ veikoh if you use some article submitter then Captcha will be your main problem.

As other guys have said, the only way making sense is that writing high quality and related articles, and submit them to the article sites mannually. I do not believe these auto submittion softwares, even if tone really can submitt articles, just to the software onwers own networks.
