According to folklore, the average PR(x+1) webpage has about 18 times the link-juice of a PRx webpage. (Of course, a PR2 webpage might mean anything between PR2.00 and PR2.99.)
So a link from the whitehouse.gov PR9 index page is worth about 200 billion links from PR0 webpages (e.g. like from this forum page we are on now!)
Worth a contribution to the Campaign to Re-elect the President, I think!
