web link

I don't know a gentle way to say this, but I don't think anyone will order from that site. It really looks thrown together in a hurry. The images on the front page are extremely poor quality. Left ones are very blurry, the right ones distored.
Most likely the worst quality photos I think I've seen on the web. I'm not trying to be cruel but the site really is that bad. Also, and this is probably because of the distance between me and the server, it loaded extremely slowly. I would suggest starting completely from scratch with a more professional web site designer.

I think the images on the front page could be optimized so they load a little faster, perhaps. On the pages where you show product images, it looks like you are using the full-size image, but specifying it to display at 120x120 pixels. I would use a thumbnail images here to increase loading times.
The information on the About us page is quite good, but I would have an editor go over it and fix the punctuation (spaces after commas, capital letters at the start of a sentence etc.). I noticed this on several pages with text. In some areas you highlight text with red font color. It is difficult to read against the purple background.
You do provide users with information on several ways to order your products, but you do not provide any real business information. Since online payments are not offered, I would suggest you consider joining and or affiliating with local business groups (here in Canada you could be a BBB member, Chamber of Commerce Member and others- while I'm not sure what options you have in your area. This would add a much needed trust and legitimacy feel to your Web site. Right now a consumervisiting your Web site has no real viewable proof that you are a legitimate business.
Lastly, I agree with JPnyc in saying that your Web site should undergo a redesign to make it look more current and professional. I don't think it would take much either.
Hope this helps!

I'm going to have to agree with JP. One of the worst home pages I've ever seen. Sorry.
