According to Google, the conceiver and owner of "Page Rank", PR is a rating of how "important" your page is. It's earned by having goodness, useful, valuable content and from having inbound links from websites with higher PR.

You have to focus on two major things while going for SEO. You need to get many links and you must write a fresh and unique content to attract people. Not only the home page, but other pages come along for the SEO. So you have to make the links which must be relevant to the contents.

It seems you have PR confused with SERPs. None of the things you mention is directly related to PR.

Google Page Rank is simply a measurement of how many pages link to you. Every page that links to your site gives your site a certain number of points. The number of points the link gives your site is determined by dividing the number of points that that page has by the number of links it has to other websites.

Thank you so much for such a nice idea. I am really happy to know this method. I may work a little longer but still this is the most productive way you can think of.

Google Page rank is the number of pages you need to measure the receiving chain. All pages, links to your site point, the specific number of your site.
