I don't see much wrong there. It's slick looking for sure, although a teeny bit on the glitzy side, but not badly. I would put some more text content on the site (html text not flash) so that you'll rank a bit better with search engines. OTherwise, sorry, i don't have much else to say.

It looks good for a new customer, the flash could be removed and instead content related to features and what this website has to offer can be listed and then a link which says "View our 2 minutes Online presentation" (requires flash)

By doing that you dont have to comprise on search engine and your site is listed as well you are hiding the flash on home page and providing a link to view it, coz not all customers have flash plugin, in which case the area wont look blank...
