Dave - I would suggest you do a search here on "Inventory Source". You will find a lot of feedback regarding them.

Personally.....I have never had any interaction with Inventory Source. But, having said that, I am leery of any of these "one-stop" e-commerce solutions. There are literally thousands of people out there using the same templates and selling the same products to the same market. No one is getting rich doing it except for the provider. You would be better off finding a niche and building, or have some build, a unique site for you.

Inventory Source is definitely a cutting edge solution for the online dropship retailer. It is not only gives you access to over 500,000 dropship products to sell but also gives you the tools to manage multiple wholesale dropship suppliers. It's a solution that fully integrates your website to your wholesaler's stock to provide up to the minute inventory awareness.

Inventory source is good option for making website but if you want to make for adsense and you want to get your website on top position then I will suggest you to don't do this now.

Under no circumstances would I use Inventory Source. I have used this company for over 1 1/2 years now. The developed my website and manage my site along with some other back office tools.
Initially, they were great....now their network is slow and my website is continually crashing. They say it's a hosting issue but clearly, their network is overloaded and they haven't done anything to resolve the issue. They used to answer the phone when a customer calls, now it goes to a VM every time.

When I send them an email that my site crashed, most of the time I never hear back from them.

I would not recommend them to anyone.

Solutions like this can be attractive, since it takes the guesswork out of many aspects of running an eCommerce business.

Personally, I wouldn't want to place all my eggs in one basket like this.
Ideally, deploy open source or licenses software for your platform.
Then deal with uploading your own, or drop shipped product inventory separately.

In the long run, you'll be better off. Consider... what would happen to your business if Inventory Source (or similar systems) disappeared one day?
