If you mean ezinearticles.com, they are the very best I know of ... and I've submitted articles to more than 20 of the most reputable directories.

Article submission to mass quantities of these low value article directories is a horrible idea. It creates massive duplicate content issues and very low link building value. Once you put an article on the web, you really have very little control over what happens to it or where it might pop up.

I ever submitt the articles manually myself. Allocate couple of hourse all week or month depending on how much contents you have to article submission, this path you dont risk existing penalized.
