If the most 20 newly added links are listed, then every link is listed but when other also comes then other go out of list.

No matter the character of the site or the what products it carries. If you stock the vast majority of your product, that is not what is keeping you from being listed.

It is a great thing to get listed on DMOZ. Your site will be considered as a reliable and reputed online business by the search engines.
-
DMOZ is a renowned directory. Getting your site listed with this web directory is highly essential as search engines have a soft corner for it.
-
I comprehend the reason of DMOZ. Sad to tell, that it fails at what it is targeted to work on. People utilizing it for SEO are the main reason that it is associated. It is barely associated to that.

Do you suppose that if people use hammers to peel apples or potatoes that the hammer is to blame?
DMOZ was never intended to be an SEO tool or listing service for webmasters. Like the hammer, if it's misused, the results will likely disappoint.

I would like to make others know one thing from this forum that is DMOZ is another directory through which you can submit your website and increase your funds.
-
Enlisting your website in DMOZ has not paid us back. DMOZ did not perform well and for that SEO techniques attached with this did not work out properly.
-
Submitting your site to DMOZ may be on your list of SEO steps, but I assure you, it is not on DMOZ's. DMOZ is not, and never has been, a lsiting service or SEO tool.

I have submitted my web site to DMOZ, may be hundreds times but it hasn't been approved yet. It takes long long times

That is a direct violation of the rules and guidelines for submission. You're supposed to submit only once to the most appropriate category. By submitting "hundreds [of] times", you've likely caused your site to be banned for spamming the submission process.

It appears that there are a wide variety of directories out there that just draw their listings from DMOZ, and do not take outside submissions. So by having a DMOZ listing, my competitors have been automatically listed in lots of other directories that I can't get my site into.
-
Attainment to DMOZ is extremely hard. Not for the reason that they make it hard, but as they don't have sufficient editors. Once you submit it you need not remember that also.

DMOZ allows other sites to use DMOZ listings. Many sites, however, do not abide by the rules they agreed to when they signed up. Here's the real deal on How to Get ODP Data for your site.
