    Marketing issues for product

    Hi,

I would like some help with understanding how to better market our product to small biz owners who are in need of help with e-commerce projects. In simple words, we help small biz owners hire and complete projects online. We do not offer outsourcing service but rather manage the entire online outsourcing process for customers so that they have wide choice of suppliers, lowered cost and not have to worry about managing suppliers long distance.

My question would be, from a user's point of view, what message can be given so that we are not another outsourcing company/marketplace online? What solutions would you like to see for the most challenging part of an outsourced project?

Thanks much for your help and insights!

    J

The only way of making the user believe you are not another outsourcing company/marketplace is that you two sign a document , which indicate that you are not outsourcing company .

I think the first and more important thing is your presentation, that is your website. It should be very good. There should be lots of demo link which will help the client to get the idea about your company.
Second thing is that you have to increase the traffic in yogurt website with the help of Google or article posting.

Try to identify your competitors from your customer's point of view and not your point of view.

I think you need to do some research and to see what do your competitors do and then to come up with an unique approach to prospective customers. You should be able to match them either on: the price, quality, support, or features you provide.

However it is hard for me to make any suggestion without sending some time in understanding your products, services and operations.
