Increased the PR people have more confidence to put on your site. It does not necessarily follow, however, that it was busy when you have a fairly high PR you are still invited to make a lot of time to do SEO Should it be buried deep in the SERP.

When calculating serps, Page Rank is one of over 200 factors that Google uses. Naturally, Google will not tell us the weighting!

For a website its important. Because people are weighing the site by looking its pr and content, etc.In a link exchange we are looking for high pr sites.High pr sites are getting index often. Pr plays a major role for a website..

I think that the Google pageRank is very important to the company , which engages in the sales business , because when the PageRank of your company on Google is at the top , it's possible for the someone to pay attention to your company's product , then maybe they will buy it for you .

Yeah, definitely, if you have high PR, sales will come to you. Customers who have knowledge on PR thing would prefer high PR rather than choosing low PR sites.

Most people buying things online don't even know what Page Rank is. And of those that do know what it is don't make their purchase decisions based on PR.
Most of us trust major companies (Sears, WalMart, Best Buy, Cabela's, LL Bean, etc. in the US) and will buy from their Web sites without hesitation, correct? But how many of us know (without looking it up) or even care, the PR of any particular company's Web site?
Not many, I guaruntee it. We buy because the company has a good, reliable reputation for customer service and satifaction and because we trust them to not rip us off. We buy online because it's easier than going to the actual store. Page Rank affects absolutely nothing in any of those things and is decidedly NOT the reason we buy.

PR is very important. At first I didnt think it was but now I do. The reason being is because it shows the credibility of the website. Through various factors unknown to SEO experts, pages are ranked higher than others.
Many can guestimate that its about the pages content, traffic, importance, and more.
Take twitter for example. A high PR site. Why? Because it includes so many backlinks? Well not so fast.
Backlinks arent everything and I've learned this. With enough backlinking a site can be ranked number 1 on google for keywords. However, with on page optimization your page can be ranked high even without doing much backlinking.
Doing on page optimization actually helps your PR too. Including good, quality content, linking where necessary, and making your website overall worth something to its readers makes your pr increase.
The reality is, PR is important. Most SEO experts disregard PR. But I say its very important. Think about it and youll realize why

Unknown? What about all the things Google itself tells us about PR and how it's assigned?

Those parts I emphasised ... Are those your opinions or do you have something concrete to support them?
