Yeah thats right haha never thought of that. No one cares about PR..only people who do SEO or any online marketing know about PR. Therefore its basically only for google..anyway I've never cared about it either.

The Google PageRank depends on wholly democratic environment of web by its huge link building as indicator of person page's value. Google understands link as of page A to page B as choose, by page A, for page B. Google looks at above sheer quantity of votes, it also rectify page that casts vote.
