A little more information would be helpful. Are you trying to increase traffic? Or are you trying to increase the amount of news posts your site develops? etc.

I had to look to see what "projects" you were talking about.

There are all sorts ... scrapbooks, phonebook recycling, pet neutering. You need to make your purpose clear and very up front. Some sort of headline perhaps.

Also, in your code, you should move your title tag above your meta tags. It should be the first thing after <head>

Optimization of website in the Search Engines

use the techniques which help in the optimization of your website, I have listed some below:

    1. Title Your website: Use the keyword that is usually used on the internet for searching, the keyword should lead to your website.
    2. Title Tags: The title tags used must be perfect, If not then the search result may be read as "Untitled". Be cautious.
    3. Content: Do not stuff in the content in just one page. Divide it amongst many pages and each page with one topic discussed.
    4. Links: Keep the website as simple and straight as possible. Use Links to the text. Add site map and links to all the website pages.

Hope this might be of some use...

Wink your title is a problem in your header

you need to have your <title>name</title>straight after your <head>tag

A little SEO would go a long way. Don't forget that what other sites say about your site is just as important. Build links, issue press releases and submitting your site to directories would help here.

You need to make your site easy to search. In other words its textual content should be "attractive" for Google and other search engines. Attractiveness means in this context that it should be consistent, belong to a certain subject, not a little bit about everything. It is hard for search engines to understand what it is about when they apply matching of words and words combinations to statistically proven ones. So you need to work on the content and I suggest that you use www.ClassEngine.com to see which categories the text belongs to. You may also use the classifier in our automated web directory, which algorithm is similar.

I feel you need to focus on a little bit of SEO and work on backlinks that can drive traffic to your web site. work on forum postings, blog commenting and article sublissions to get some quality traffic to your website. Thanks and good luck.

You can put a click to call service in your website or online signature so that when your visitors click the icon they are automatically directed to your phone line. People would still want to talk to a live person when they want to ask questions or place orders. This system is proven to increase response rate.

Produce good and authentic content and then post your articles at several high ranked directories. You will definitely get a handsome traffic.
