    Warning: Do not use Payloadz

Just thought I would warn everyone about my difficulties with Payloadz. Their customer support is virtually NON-EXISTANT.

Their software has many bugs. When I tried to report them to support, I never received any response. I finally received a response on one after two weeks. I had difficutly with using the ftp upload, and they simply said it was working on their end, so it must be my problem. No additional help was provided. The documentation is full of errors like, typos gramatical, spelling and punctuation. I found later that their rates are much higher than others out there.

I canceled the service with Paypal and immediately returned to Payloadz to check my account status. They had all ready downgraded my account to the lowest level, even though I paid $100 for the 25 days left at my current level. Now they are declining my payments and today I have to rush to move the products to another site.

I am looking into Fastspring as an option. Does anyone have an opinion about them?

I'm sorry to hear about the problems that you had with your current provider.

I can tell you that here at E-junkie we do consider customer support extremely important, as well as fixing an errors in our program (and grammar). All of our support is done via e-mail and our forum, and we get back to clients within one working day (including weekend). If you want to check us out you can start with a 7-day trial to see if we meet your needs.

That's odd. I've used Payloadz for two years for selling some ebooks of mine and have been really satisfied. I like the service. It's very full featured and once set up runs on it's own. And, when I have customers who are knew to downloading and get all confused, I can easily resend them a download link.

I am always a little hesitant to use an internet product that uses a z for an s or a 0 for a o. Have you checked out Quick Shopping Cart?
