Outsourcing to add products to my cart?

We have a small online boating supply store and currently have around 300 items in the cart (X-Cart). During the summer we dont have much time to add the rest of our products into the site because of the seasonal time of the year for our business.

But, we have thousands of products that we would like to ad and it still takes ALOT of time during the off season to add these. CAn anyone tell me if they have ever outsourced this sort of project to anyone, or if they have any ideas?

    Thanks for your help.

I simply would ask a student :-) They always need money and are surely happy to take this over. Furthermore, depending upon the way you manage this, it could be done from home as well over the Internet.

Guess the most simple and affordable way.

I work with a company in India for some of my programming tasks. If you are going to outsource the work I find India to be the best and the least amount of barriers. You may also consider importing the products from excel. This could save you a ton of time. I have used x-cart in the past and have created import scripts for my store.
