how do i manage time and still be able to relax

Anyone have any ideas for time management? I tend to spend my whole day advertising then trying to relax only to check my sites for traffic and sales. I also only have one program i use now for traffic and rely on mostly free advertising for now. Is there a system that you use to get more bang for your buck?

Welcome to the addicting world of e-Marketing.

Tracking: Google Analytics is a nice free package. Yahoo also came out with their own free analytics package too.

Advertising: Good ole fashioned SEM - easy to track performance and manage the system (just make sure you track conversions).

It can get insane & begin to overrun your life, I know.
I've also come to appreciate the importance of stepping away from the computer.
Not only for sanity reasons, but also I'm more productive when I'm in front of the computer when I take time away.
I can't give any better suggestions than BasicECommerce did. Those are exactly what I would suggest.
    Best of Luck.

Try staying away from the computer. Go out. It can be understandably difficult to break out of vicious cycles of endless hours on the Internet, especially when the Internet is becoming more widespread.

I feel the best way to break out of the monotony is change, keep changing the small things that you do. Try out word of mouth for advertising, move out. and can use Google analytic to track the performance of your online advertisements. Thanks
