Well, your website isn't really a small business site... anyway, I think (without having the necessary experience herein) that it meets the demands of your target group - meant in the way of people interested in this type of contents, not something to shoot at ;-)
Perhaps you should remove the sound when moving over the menu items. I had the speaker nearly at maximum volume...
Not sure about your business plan, is there anything to subscribe at ? If so, you should point this out in a better way. Like "Join us now" or "Become a member. One month free.".

You may want to lessen the volume on those...
As far as the site goes, I'd suggest being more direct about what your site is about for someone new to the page.
Your site's design is pretty cool, although I would work on navigation; I noticed that you have two homepages. There is no navigation back to the main page from gallery.
Overall, nice site.
