Guess the photo on top of your homepage is a stock photo and not your actual employees ? Remove it, this looks quite unprofessional.

In my browser (Safari 3.1.2) the "The News on IT" headline on the right is only half-visible. Same to "Why Procidien" on the left.

There is too much centered text on your homepage, set it to be left-aligned, this is easier to read and looks better.

After the "Highlights", there is too much empty space for unknown reason.

All in all, I would recommend to work on your logo. It looks malformatted on my browser (e.g. "Risk Management and..." line is slightly placed above the photo.

The site needs work. The layout is not well thought out and the fonts are inconsistent. Your images in the logo are huge 1280 x 853 and you're using them at 250 x 150. Even if you don't replace them (and I agree with Marc) you should re-size them.

In order for me to trust that you are a risk management company that I can put my trust in, I'd need much more information from you as well as testimonials. For instance in Business Continuity Management you only have 1 short paragraph and a few services without any further explanation. Also there's no Home Page link so I have to use my back button.

If I Google your main key phrase 'business continuity' I get many pages. You might want to visit some of these and see what the competition is doing.

Like roban said, you need to convince your viewers. Write information in their language and sell to them.

You can have a short bullet-point overview, just make sure that you have these bullet points linked to more detailed pages that further explain what you do, how you do it, and why I should pay you instead of someone else.

The formula is simple: The more trust people must have in your services, the better your website must look :-)

It seems that you aren't really a small company with limited budget, so try to get the money for a professional website designer. It's definitively worth the long run.

I'm going to assume that was created with some very outdated WYSIWYG software. It would really be in your best interests to get a professional designer. If you're on a tight budget, I recommend contacting various IT schools, and trying to get a good student looking for their first professional experience. I did that kind of work myself before I graduated.
