I would ask for the designer to remove his/her link from your site unless they are paying for advertising. Thats just a pet pieve of mine. Not a biggy just something that I would do. I would use h1 h2 h3 tags on your 1st important keyword pharse for h1 and the second and so on. I would talk with your designer and ask for him/her to mod rewrite your shopping cart so it's search engine friendly. And to use your keywords for a specific product in the url. exmaple if your selling nike shoes. the url will have your url and in their ninke shoes.
The color is nice and easy on the eyes. Make sure that you make a sitemap.xml and submit that to the search engines when the site is done then the search engines will know how to index your site.
Otherwise I'd say everything looks good:-)
