    Feedback for computer support site

    Hi all,

I've built a website to provide free technical support for small and medium businesses. I would love to know what you think of the information presented, and what technical questions you have had to deal with in the running of your businesses. Did you have a specific computer question or need help with some sort of network issue? I would be interested to know what types of technical issues you faced. I sometimes don't realize what areas cause problems for computer users, because I've been in the IT business for so long, so any suggestions or comments are welcome!

Thanks for your feedback in advance,

I haven't thought that I need to say this sometime... but add more colour to your website :-) It's currently much text and most people may not read it by half. You need something eye-catching at the top of your site.

Same applies to the left menu: Think about some mouse-over actions to make the site more responsive, add some text formatting.

And most important: Add a site-wide search feature.

Way too much text. The site does not appeal to the eye, it is difficult for the viewer to figure out how to proceed from the homepage. There is not much for a quick "at a glace" slogo or picture to help the viewer understand what your services/site is about.

I recommend reading this article: Top 10 web mistakes businesses make.

Let me know if I can help,
