Please review my site with SEO point of view?

I am doing SEO for my website www.perceptionsystem.com
I want some Suggestions for My site as it takes too much time to load the homepage and causes high bounce rate.

So give me some suggestions

Several issues with your site can be resolved. Your meta tags are way too long. Ideally, the Title Tag should contain fewer than 100 characters while the Keyword and Description tags should contain fewer than 256 characters each.

Your load times are long as you point out. Optimize your jpeg's. You should be able to cut the size in half without losing quality. The same goes for the .js files and overall page size.

When I went to your site, the load time for some pages was long, but not on all pages. Do all of the landing pages have a consistently high bounce rate? If yes, the high bounce rate may not be load time as you indicated. You may need to look at the site's navigation and design. Unfortunately, that's a big task.

Can one of those javascripts slow down your site ? Can you put some of them to the end of the page like google analytics ?

Are you sure it's not because of yoru hosting and your hosting is located in US. It could load slowly for you.

But I love your site. Are you using any script for the frontpage tabbing and how have you done your headings ?

Keyword density looks good. Pages are well laid out. I had no problem with the pages loading. The only thing I noticed was in your header. You have buttons for e-mail, skype, msn and yahoo but you can just barely make out the top of the buttons on the bottom right side of the header.
