How do I open .data file?
There is database ending with .data file type.
So how do I open it?

Yes, notepad can open text based files; you may also try an office application that is able to detect the encoding automatically.
Or a spreadsheet or database application's import feature. Simply try all available formats till finding the matching one :-)
Anyway, do you have other information about the origin of this file ?

Thanks. it was opened. Really appreciated your help.

Usually DAT files are opened by the main program associated with EXE, that music would be played by.This is particularly true if the file is encrypted (especially since I see programs where the dat file is an output file providing configuration data). If the file you want to open is associated with a particular program, then use this program, but if you want, literally, to display the contents of the file, a hex editor to get the file.
