LOL. Free and open source is fine for tech savvy people. But if you deal with business owners who don't understand FTP or anything like that then managing open source software isn't for them. Example, if there is a security problem (which there will be) then the owner has to do the work to patch the problem versus other solutions which do this for them. So open source is fine, but it is not for everybody.
