Our application: "Clavardon" has already been subject of an article on ecommerce-guide.com. It allows visitors of an online store to co-browse, to highlight terms on the page, to co-complete forms as well as to live chat with other visitors, all this without pop-up or obstructive interfaces and fully customizable.
