    Rate my site for me?

I have two different sides of my business so there are two sites but we'll start with one...

Standardize your fonts. The script font should be replaced because it is almost impossible to read. Let's make it easy for visitors. I had to read too far to find out what you sell. Some graphics of the product on your landing page would be helpful.

You Samples page title is 'Services'? I don't get that and why is it a narrow column aligned left? The same with your products page. The title of that is 'Page Title'.

Your images are fuzzy and not very attractive. Some of them I can't even see. You might want to use a pop up of the larger image rather than a re-direct.

Why bother having a Prices page if all it does is ask for someone to call for a quote? You might have that info on the your landing page.

A re-design is in the stars for this site.

I have to agree. I looked at the site last night, but it was late and I just didn't know where to start. Rather than pick apart individual issues, it's probably better just to start over. There is no cohesiveness of design. Everything appears thrown together , helter Skelter. No columns, no clean lines, no uniformity.

i must agree with the above. it is not professional looking, i know many people will not buy from a site that dosnt look neat and clean, it dosnt grab the person and say "hey i have something you want"

the colors are muted and that makes it look boring.

a nice rededign would make the site pop out and call to the customer to look through and buy

I too agree with the comments made above. I think you could do with a complete redesign, although at the same time I get the feeling this is a first try at web design, so its tough to discard after working hard on it.

The colour scheme needs looking at for me, as the it is very dull and could do with being eye catching!

You need a dedicated 'contact us' page, as this is practically the norm these days. Instead of having an email address in the bottom corner and phone number elsewhere, it makes it easier to find. Plus customers are more likely to trust a site with different contact methods, including post, email and phone.

Something that jumped out at me was the buttons and how the outer area was white instead of transparant.

It is a nice effort and you can even improve it more

First of all select a color theme of your website and re-design you website with better header, footer and navigation menu. Try to use css.

Secondly, layout contents in a way that user feels comfortable staying on your site.

Thirdly use some dynamic contents and provide more interactive visitor experience. If someone is visiting your website for the first to send gifts then he/she will not be willing to call you to get the prices. What you can do is that develop a system that can help you provide some prices online or maybe reflect your complex pricing model online. Outcome will result in more sales.

Also focus on SEO to attract more visitors

@kingkahn you should rather encourage him and tell him how to improve his site. Lonestar maybe in his learning face

Maybe you missed the heading for this forum. "Get the opinions of your peers on your e-commerce or company website. Remember, be honest, but cordial!!"

Fahadp is exactly right. Your post is right on the line.

I would restart the design process. Use more photo images to tell your story. It's a little hard to see what you sell and what it is your asking the user to do.

I would recommend that you make the headline more dominant so the user can see what you are selling quickly. Buyers also like to see photos of the product. Try individual product images.
