    Please Help!

    Hi All,
I got married two years back. I work in private company since three years but I’m unable to fulfill my dream. Therefore, I want to start my own business but I don’t have any idea that what should I do and what should be my business. Seriously I need your advice, if you have any suggestion or advice then please let me know. Any advice would be much appreciated.
    Thanks in advance!

I think you really need to find something on your own. Not to be rude, but you need to be passionate about your idea for it to succeed regardless of what the idea is.

I would look for your passion and also see what the competition is like out there before you go jumping into something.

As others have said, that's not an easy question to answer. We can't just say "Yes, go do X type of work", or "work in Y type of industry". You need to know what you want to do first. That has to come before anything else. For example, I've tried a few times in the past to start my own business, but the location wasn't right for it. But I already knew what I wanted to do. I wanted to work on computers. I've always loved tearing things apart, figuring out how they work, and then putting them back together again. Computers just progressed out of that passion.

In like manner, you need to find out what your passion is, and what type of work you can do based on that passion. From there, it's a matter of deciding what type of business you want to run. Is it an inventory business? And if so, do you want a retail shop or do you want to do internet-based selling, or both? Is it a service-oriented business? And if so, do you want to do in-shop repairs, onsite repairs, or both?

There are a lot of factors to consider, but the first one HAS to be what YOU want to do. What do you like doing that you think could earn you some money while doing it for others. If you can't answer that question, you will never succeed in business.

Are you looking to do an online or off-line business?

Given the number of businesses ;-) Why do you want to start your own?

Do you think you will make more money?- Could go either way
Better Title? - well you can call yourself what you want...but....a big title at a one person firm wont mean much if you try to apply to other jobs later
Work from home?- Existing firms offer this you might want to check in your area...like Best Buy's corporate office lets most employees work from home. Other firms do this....and their are companies that ONLY have people work from their home.
Control- You do get this...but....will it matter if you are controlling something small vs a project manager position with less control (bc you have bosses) but a bigger sized project?

Anyway...most people like the idea of their own business but it is usually because they like the idea of what they will be doing......if you are open to do anything....then maybe figuring out why it needs to be your business will help you find something...or find something in another job that gives you the same satisfaction.

I think you should do what you enjoy doing and see if you can make some money in that niche.

    Re:

Hi, you should ask yourself what you would like to do first. The best is to connect your work with your hobby. Everyone can be offered million of choices (both - real and unreal) but you should know what best you can do. Are you typing well? Are you having a talent of a seller or having programming skills, or designing?

Lots of chances here, just advice you: do not fall in the first offer, which offers you biggest profit, because it can be a waste of time for you, while for other it could be very good.
Try to find your best fit.
