Pat, you are off in another Jupitermedia world now, but I extend a belated thanks for your message.

To the forum participants, I do want expand on what Pat conveyed months ago. I have been in small business and small business development for over 20 years. The greatest joy is helping others help themselves. I always focus on constructive criticism and solutions when responding to inquiries. And if I cannot help it will be told, but I will also try to give you alternative directions to take in getting the right answer.

Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns about your small busines, your technology needs or any related issue.

And if you are home-based do not think your issues are not of equal concern. As a matter of fact, the home-based businessperson has even greater demands to learn what technology can do to put him or her on a level playing field with the storefront and big-budget competitors.
