Question Your full and frank views on our site please

Have recently re-designed our site www.cvwriting.net and would appreciate your full and frank opinion. As with all e-commerce sites, the big question is "would you buy?"

I guess I might buy a CV if I knew what it was. Maybe an explaination would help.

Outside of the US, a résumé is called a CV (curriculum vitae).

Looks very professional and easy to read. Good colours. Do you have a slogan? Also the font of the title is a bit boring, also looks like you're missing a company logo...

I think this seems like a very clear site that tells you everything you need to know very quickly, with simple navigation. ie the types of CVs available, price and how they are constructed (ie DIY style via template if I am correct?).

I think the price is OK...though i do wonder how easy it is to compete with the tons of free 'how to' CV templates available online....i think the plus is that it comes as a PDF, correct word format etc...I think your site would appeal to novice word users or those who do not have great PC skills or for those looking for more specialised CVs such as technical and 'English'.

The one glaringly obvious ommission...you fail to show an example CV in any category (at least as far as i can see). How do you expect people to be persuaded to register and use your services if you do not show your product or at least some examples?! Schoolboy/girl error in my book!

Overall though, it does pretty much what it says on the tin, if it lacks a bit of imagination with the design - ie the 'tips' could be a little more attention grabbing, a little more 'groovy' with perhaps another font, colour or design element added, but then i kind of like the simplicity, it doesn't confuse, but it doesn't 'wow' me either.
