I hate the fact that I can't stop the talking when I come into the site (you need a stop or mute button). On top of the fact that it's annoying, its boring (monotone voice and boring content). I would not buy your service if I would have speach agents like that talking. I get out as fast as possible too.

The stop talking button is to the right of the character. If you have some constructive criticism that will help me improve my site I will be more that happy to hear it. If you have a problem with the talking technology and feel the need to bach the website with out any constructive criticism, please move on and save your negativity for someone else.

I'm sorry if you took my comment as baching, that was not the point. OK, if you really want constructive criticism, it's NOT obvious how to stop the talking (I had tried to press on the button and it did not work, it took a couple of times pressing the button for it to mute). To me the replay button means "replay", not "mute". The person talking is not interesting to listen to, it's the same tone of voice the whole time and it sounds like a robot. If that's the point of the web site, than you succeed. I'm certainly not an expert with talking technology, but if you want people to listen to the person talking and not bounce out of your web site, it should be interesting. Take this advice as you wish, I'm just trying to help.

I don't like speech agents either but did stay and listen just to see what happens. The voice is monotone and isn't salesy enough - it didn't do enough to convince me. I would have stopped it if I could have found the pause/stop buttons. Not sure about the cartoon women you used either. But good luck anyway.

    Smile Pause/Stop Button

I'll see what I can do to make the pause button more visible. I will also try and make the voice more interesting, with more emotion. I can't make everyone a fan of talking websites. You either like it or not. Thanks for your input, i'll work on it and see what happens.
