This is my inaugural thread.

My partner and I run an e-commerce retail business out of Ohio. My partner is interested in setting up a cloud-based loyalty rewards system to integrate into our BigCommerce platform. We need a simple, tiered system that is easy to understand; we'd also like to be able to track spending and point distribution effectively (analytics). Can anyone suggest any good solutions?
