I'm thinking of starting my own eCommerce business and was doing some research on common 'pains' that eCommerce business owners have so that I can learn how to best solve them. I was wondering if people could share what are some of the things that they feel are big problems for eCommerce websites. For example: optimizing the shopping cart, tracking where traffic is coming from, where users click?
