Not too bad. There are a few things which I think you can adjust to make the site look better:

1. The navigation bar should be some shade of blue to match your header. Just my opinion but I think the red nav bar looks a bit awkward.

2. The footer needs a total revamp.

3. It is not apparent on the first page what your company does or is selling.

4. Some links to Social Networking sites. Are you not using Twitter, Facebook or other Social networks for your business?
