I disagree. And I have proof. Take a look at the first site in my signature. Use the keywords and phrases to search Google, Yahoo! and Bing/MSN. It ranks #1 for the main one and consistantly in the top 5 for a few others, consitantly outranking sites with PR 4, 5, 6 and even an occasional 7. It has a PR 2 and very few links from any site over PR 4, most are from PR 0 sites.

Agreed. But how many do you think actually have the bar installed and how many actually look at the PR rating of any given site? Also, how many people surf the Internet or search for something specific and click links based on PR?
