I'm just wondering if anyone knows or any articles or sites or any tips on designing the frontpage or homepage of an ecommerce site.
I am interested in reading on cases studies on what other stores have done to their home page to keep users on for longer?

I am using oscommerce and have a pretty stock standard home page, I would like to work on it more to gain more sales.
