If you're looking at NetSuite for small business your business isn't that small. I run a small business of about 25 employees. NetSuite quoted me prices like I made a billion dollars a year. I found http://www.liferro.com back in June and haven't looked back.

Read this http://www.liferro.com/content/lifer...anagement.html and you'll see what I mean.

I agree as well. I used NetSuite for a telecom company I ran for awhile. It was not cheap. If you just need CRM getting a dedicated server with sugarCRM is pretty cost effective. Their open source version is pretty good out of the box and free.

Don't get me wrong about NetSuite's product it is good just seemed to expensive.
