Part time Job portal or Freelancing website. which one is better
I want to start a job portal website which either focus on part time jobs in software industry or small free lancing tasks. which option is better. I first want to start in Pakistan and then expand to UAE and other countries.
Also which payment stream is better, charging for job posting or charging from service providers

In the USA, there are more Jobs then there are People looking... So charging for the "job posting" would make the most sense here.
