I am really trying hard to to get some hits to this new site with no luck. Any comments suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

A major part of your no hits issue is that your site is designed with frames. Spiders from the major search engines can't usually understand frames, and therefore your site won't be indexed properly, if at all. This link should give you an idea of what I'm talking about:

I know you must have an understanding of this because I see you took the time to add the NOFRAMES section to your index file...but for engines that like to see content, all they are basically finding out about your site is that you have links to other pages.

I am not an SEO expert, but would consider changing your site to one without frames and adding plenty of textual content to each page, ensuring that your keyword density is appropriate etc. Best of luck to you...I really like the color scheme in your site.
