If you're going to use an article submission service, don't over do it. Google will penalize you because Google always recommend manual submission. if you want to use article submitter then use in a save mode. If you rush 200 links a day, it will sandbox you but if you build 50 links a day for 30 days then you will be save.

My suggestion is to manually submit your best articles to the directories. Furthermore the articles you submit should be unique and not already on your blog or website as you can potentially get penalized for having duplicate content.

when we submit article then we should submit it on high pr sites and one more thing is that we don't need article submitter because normally we should not submit same article on more than 10 to 15 sites. Because it gives problem of article circulation. Though in SEO there are various opinions and way to work.

You will not get penalized by Search engines in using article submission tools. You will not gain anything from it as well.

Article submission software are not advisable because they distribute low quality spun articles in terms of Grammar.

Only do every submission manually because software submissions are always penalized by search engine spider.so try to do manual submissions.

Articles to article directories can get better the ranking and visibility of online businesses and this is necessary to existing on the internet. Articles can be printed by business owners of if their writing skills are out of form, self-employed writers will be capable to do all the work.

i think page rank will not hurt, but while using software submitting on hundreds of sites its better to do manually, of course it is time consuming, but you will get quality backlink's submission will be done on the good PR sites and above all it will be risk free.
