Well 1st I'll move it to the Rate my site section so you'll get some replies

Few thoughts

1. Remove the Google Ad sense from home page, coz you try so hard to get traffic to your site for watch repair service and you would like the visitor go to your competitor? atleast not on home page, unless you are bidding on Adwords ...

2. Overall give the impression that you service the top brands and on home page provide information on which brands you service and what kind of service is available, and shipping links, Repair now and PayPal payment

3. I notice that you have 3 brands so why not have 3 column format showing each watch and adding some content and then realted links that would have a greater impact to your home page ...

4. This is a service based website leading to e-commerce activity where people can buy service online and I hope yor ecommerce software is capable for the user to track shipments and status of repair that would be awesome feature from your online service point ....

5. Add a logo and keep the logo consistent across the site and link back to Home page

6. Run some small Ad on top something like $5 for Shipping or Free Shipping coz if somebody wants to repair they would think about shipping

7. I noticed that your don't have a Integrated ecommerce site and you are using PayPal shopping cart, at later point maybe you should look for integrated ecommerce which allows shoppers to buy service & track shipments .....

Over all the look and feel of the website is Just fine ... need some work still ..

The flag is great - makes a connection immediately.

I would draw more attention to the company's function (take it out of red letters, make it in a more readable font, not use all caps - maybe move it more to screen center) . . . the Matterhorn, the iPhone, and the blonde drew my eye away from the name and function
